I do not understand what the fuss about the president salary is, the salary is a very infinitesimal part of a president's total emulnuments, allowancies and privileges, other privileges such as security vote, feeding allowance, travelling allowance, medical allowance, etc runs into billions of naira (if not billions of dollars) per year.

That my friend is a certified, signed and stamped tax clearance certificate. The figure there is the amount received by the President as his salary and the tax paid as well. You CANNOT pay tax on a particular figure and then receive a different figure as remuneration, that is TAX FRAUD which is a criminal offence so drop that laughable excuse .

There is no ambiguity about that document, it is as clear as day so you're merely grasping at straws.
