You said Oba of Lagos is ceremonial. So how is he powerful? Some of the people you mentioned are not known beyond their local government. The list should be: Amanyanabor Emir of Zauzau Igwe Orizu (Nnewi) Emir of Sokoto Emir of Kano Olubadan of Ibadan Etsu of Nupe Gbomgwon Jo's Oba of Benin Atta of Igala.
