The best copy of the Word of God is the one written on the tablet of your heart by the Holy Spirit of God. God created the first tablets with touch screen using his fingers and handed them to His Prophet Moses. According to the story in Exodus, God inscribed them on two stone tablets, which he gave to Moses Bill Gates used the wisdom to create Word and Apple used the wisdom of I Am that I Am (אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה, ehyeh to create iPhone and iPad. And I have used the divine wisdom to create my own iPost Nigeria. (Google it if you are in doubt). Ten Commandments Stone Found Saturday, March 16, 2013 9:21 http://beforeitsnews.com/alternative/2013/03/ten-commandments-stone-found-2594748.html
The above inscription is very unique for several reasons. First, it is written in an ancient Hebrew script. Second it is located near the small town of Los Lunas in the State of New Mexico, USA. Third, the inscription is of the “Ten Commandments”.
This proves that a Semitic people, probably Hebrews, arrived in the Americas long before Columbus or the Vikings.
This is pretty wild stuff. Game changer. What does it mean? It means we still don’t know much of anything about our REAL past. The investigation continues though.. -Mort Please, OP and some guys here, the following message from the Holy Bible is meant for you. ◄ Proverbs 7 ► New International Version Warning Against the Adulterous Woman 1 My son, keep my words and store up my commands within you. 2 Keep my commands and you will live; guard my teachings as the apple of your eye. 3 Bind them on your fingers; write them on the tablet of your heart. 4 Say to wisdom, “You are my sister,” and to insight, “You are my relative.” 5 They will keep you from the adulterous woman, from the wayward woman with her seductive words. 6 At the window of my house I looked down through the lattice. 7 I saw among the simple, I noticed among the young men, a youth who had no sense. 8 He was going down the street near her corner, walking along in the direction of her house 9 at twilight, as the day was fading, as the dark of night set in. 10 Then out came a woman to meet him, dressed like a prostitute and with crafty intent. 11 (She is unruly and defiant, her feet never stay at home; 12 now in the street, now in the squares, at every corner she lurks.) 13 She took hold of him and kissed him and with a brazen face she said: 14“Today I fulfilled my vows, and I have food from my fellowship offering at home. 15 So I came out to meet you; I looked for you and have found you! 16 I have covered my bed with colored linens from Egypt. 17 I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes and cinnamon. 18 Come, let’s drink deeply of love till morning; let’s enjoy ourselves with love! 19 My husband is not at home; he has gone on a long journey. 20 He took his purse filled with money and will not be home till full moon.” 21 With persuasive words she led him astray; she seduced him with her smooth talk. 22 All at once he followed her like an ox going to the slaughter, like a deera stepping into a nooseb 23 till an arrow pierces his liver, like a bird darting into a snare, little knowing it will cost him his life. 24 Now then, my sons, listen to me; pay attention to what I say. 25 Do not let your heart turn to her ways or stray into her paths. 26 Many are the victims she has brought down; her slain are a mighty throng. 27 Her house is a highway to the grave, leading down to the chambers of death. 2 Likes |

Ahmed4002:
Where there is conflict is because of false assertions, fabrications, exaggerations, personalized interpretations of alleged writers, historians, scholars, and individuals. Because you never met anyone who knew what was the whole Bible. Christians, themselves, have 700 different denominations and there are approximately thirty-nine different versions of the Bible with different books, different verses, different amounts of verses and different amount of chapters and they don’t even agree to that. If you read the scriptures carefully without your interpretation or someone else’s interpretation or someoneelse’s fabrication, you will find that this is their simple message. Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Jacob, Solomon, Ishmael, Isaac, Jesus and Muhammad, may the peace and blessings of God be upon all of them. All of these men came with the exact same message from the same God. They said one thing—the same thing: worship God. Obey God, and fulfill your purpose in life, do good actions, and you will be rewarded with another life. Don’t make it more than that. That is all they said, regardless of what language, what time, and who they came to. All the prophets and messengers came with the same message: to obey the Almighty God and be sincere towards Him. If we examine the message of each of the well-known prophets, we can easily conclude this fact. this writeup deserved a quote 1 Like 1 Share |

ShakurM: Your verses are taken out of contexts and paragraphs now
When we take text out of their context we are stripping the meaning of the verses and give them a different, and usually a wrong meaning.
Example 1 ;
Matthew 5:39 “if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.”
Jesus is not saying that we shouldn’t defend ourselves but He is using hyperbole or exaggeration. What He means is that when others insult you, don’t retaliate. Just turn the other cheek, not to have them slap you there…but to turn the other way and to leave vengeance to God (Rom 12:19. ). Even Jesus “When he was reviled, he did not revile in return; when he suffered, he did not threaten, but continued entrusting himself to him who judges justly” (1 Pet 2:23).
Example 2;
Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Paul is not telling the church at Philippi that they can do anything they want or can do all things that they want to do. He is saying that we can do anything “through Christ” or “in Christ.” The context is saying that we can do anything that is in the will of Jesus Christ because He is the One who will strengthen (enable) you do to it. Paul is not saying that you can do anything you want or anything in Christ that is not His will but he is saying that we can endure all sufferings if we are in Christ because just before 4:13 Paul writes “Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need” (Phil 4:11-12). Paul was writing this in prison and he was likely cold, hungry, and alone, yet he learned to be content in whatever state he was in…but only “in Christ.” It might be better to think of this as saying “We can endure all things in Christ.”
Example 3
First John 4:16b “God is love.”
Yes, God is love, but that is only one tiny fraction of the manifold attributes of God. This is like someone saying something about me to another person; “Jack is a cousin.” Yes, I am a cousin, but I am also a husband, a father, a grandfather, a son, an uncle, and so on. You cannot elevate one attribute of God to the exclusion of His other attributes. Many say that a loving God would not send someone to hell because “God is love.” Yes, God is love but love and discipline go together. Their “God is love” is a God created in their own image. First and foremost, God is holy. He cannot even look upon sin and that is why He turned away from Jesus, His only Son, at the cross. I love my children and my grandchildren and I would discipline them if they ran out into the street to play because they could get hurt, or worse, killed. My love comes with my discipline. It is exactly because I love them that I do discipline them, just as God disciplines every one of His own children (Heb 12:5-7).
So if I put a stone on ur left hand nd u bring forth ur ryt Hand ure nt asking ne to put another stone on it 'if som1 slap ur left cheek turn d right. .....' Dis means u should show total submission if I slap u...bt I say,Dem never wooze u coMfam slap...where. Ur ear go dy do waaaaaaaaaah 3 Likes |

SuperSuave: This is not the first time I noticed some bible verses are actually saying the opposite of another. Isn't the gospel supposed to be preached in one accord? I first noticed that Jesus Christ actually turned water into wine(alcoholic wine not fruit wine cos my Yoruba bible says "oti wine" which means Jesus somehow endorses wine. In the same Bible again I saw in Galatians(can't remember the chapter and verse), where the fruits of the flesh were listed, drunkenness was listed also.
Another thing that ultimately made no sense was the whole Old Testament/New Testament conundrum. God actually changes his mind? In Leviticus, God lays down a bunch of laws and calls them “everlasting.” Then in the New Testament, we suddenly hear this:
For if that first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no occasion to look for a second. —Hebrews 8:7
Another one was when God brought a sheet unto Peter which contained various four-legged and two-legged animals and beasts of different kind, then God told Peter to arise, kill and eat. Peter refused saying he cannot eat unclean things, God rebuked him by saying how can he(Peter) call the things He(God) created unclean?
And later I read another verse where God outlined the forbidden animals, birds and beasts we should not eat.
I was confused, so I went online to checkout if there are more Bible verses that contradicts one another, the ones I found are listed below
Atheists should keep off this thread pls

Haven said dat, I'll want u 2 know dat D Holy Bible will only make sense 2u if u have D Spirit of God. Without dat & 2 an unbeliever, its a mere book. My prayer 4u is dat u have an encounter with the Holy Spirit, only then will His Word make sense 2u eyya...ok..you that has the spirit pls xplain to me in human language...that i may understand and follow your faith... |

It is written in 1Corinthians 2:13-14 that natural men can't understand spiritual things because they are spiritually discern. Until one become supernatural he cannot know more than the natural. Those outside are not given to understand the mystery of the kingdom of God (Mk.4:11) That means you will not know what the Bible actually is saying until you are born again. There is no contradiction in the world of God. If you want to comfirm Pls, give your life to Jesus Christ today. 1 Like |

There is no contradiction in God's word but ur little mind of understanding seems so. I can answer all and interprete all but because of time, I will not. In that Revelation u mentioned about hurting grass or not. These are diff evens in diff times. For the one u said ablout God putting lie in the lies of prophets. Putting lies in their mouth means he will allow them and try them to speak lies. I can't go on cuz things of the spirit is biggr than the things of flesh. |

So what do you have to say about that of Peter, God, clean and unclean animals?? the story of the clean and unclean animals is symbolism. unclean animals is gentiles practicing their own demonic religions. so dont eat unclean animals means do not go into the ways of the gentiles. the ways of the gentiles for example practicing voodoo, juju, santeria, worshipping wood carvings, etc etc. whatever demonic thing you can think of that people practice. all symbolism 1 Like |

To tell you how empty in knowledge the op is, let me address no 1. 1, God is satisfied with his works Gen 1:31 That was after creation and it refers to everything he created from day1 till he rested on day7
God is dissatisfied with his works. Gen 6:6 "His works" here refers to the wickedness of men which led to Noah building an ark.......you know the rest. Kindly read the whole passage or study other versions for better understanding 1 Like |
