as for me, i think a girl is permitted to use makeup at whatever age she feels likes she should use it.

A girl can start wearin make up at any age. when i was little 3yrs old, my mum used to put powder on my face on special days. i did'nt used to wear makeup or care about my looks when i was in primary school and lookin at my pictures, i looked awful back then. Now i don't wear makeup i only put mascara and i don't look bad without makeup, but on special days thas when my make up kit is out, so i can av a diferent look. Parents shuld not say no to make up, instead teach their child to love themselves naturally too.
