2015 /2016 HND ADMISSION EXERCISE

A. ELIGIBILITY
All candidates who have completed their ND program from a recognised Polytechnic And av completed their 1year(lower and above) or 2years(pass) IT Program.

B. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR THE APPLICATION AND THE SCREENING EXERCISE
1. Candidates are expect to pay through E-Payment.
2. Candidates are to visit The Polytechnic, Ibadan website and follow the steps below to make payment on-line and print their slips.

There are two (2) categories of applicants:-

FIRST CATEGORY:

Applicants who did their ND at The Polytechnic, Ibadan.

SECOND CATEGORY:
Applicants who Preferred The Polytechnic, Ibadan but did not do their ND program at The Polytechnic, Ibadan

Candidates in the BOTH category are to pay for HND CBT SCREENING and should first follow procedure (i) before (ii) as stated below.

(i)APPLICANTS FOR HND(#7500)
1. Visit The Polytechnic website
2.Click Admission
3. Click on HND APPLICATION
4. Log-in with your details and Pay through E-Payment
5. Complete the Application Form as appropriate
6. Submit to print ur slip

(ii) APPLICANTS FOR HND-CBT SCREENING (5000)
1. Visit The Polytechnic, Ibadan website i.e. www.polyibadan.edu.ng
2.Click on portal
3. Click on Post-HND(CBT) Screening
3. Log-in with details
4.Cick on d master card logo and your E-payment details
5. Complete the application form as appropriate; Upload your Passport; Supply your Phone No and E-mail address.
6. Submit to print your Slip.


NOTE:The Polytechnic Ibadan is not admitting many candidate next session,Pls prepare very well for the POST-HND CBT AND INTERVIEW.

All candidates who met the National Cut-Off Mark(150) and made The Polytechnic, Ibadan one of their choices (Most Preferred, More Preferred, Preferred) in the 2015 /2016 UTME as well as those who are interested in changing to The Polytechnic, Ibadan.

1. Candidates are expect to pay through E-Payment.
2. Candidates are to visit The Polytechnic, Ibadan website and follow the steps below to make payment on-line and print their slips.


Applicants who made The Polytechnic, Ibadan their 1st choice (either Most Preferred, More Preferred or Preferred) and are applying for Post-UTME;

SECOND CATEGORY:
Applicants who did not choose The Polytechnic, Ibadan in the UTME and want to Change to the Institution

(i) APPLICANTS FOR POST-UTME SCREENING(#5000)
1. Visit The Polytechnic, Ibadan website i.e. www.polyibadan.edu.ng
2.Click on admission
3.Click on ND CBT(POST-UTME)
4. Log-in with data and your E-payment data
5. Complete the application form as appropriate; Upload your Passport; Supply your Phone No and E-mail address.
6. Submit to print your Slip.


NOTE:The Polytechnic Ibadan is not admitting many candidate next session,Pls prepare very well for the POST-UTME.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE ON HOW TO OBTAIN POLYTECHNIC IBADAN APPLICATION FORM.

Step 1 : log on to admission.polyibadan.edu.ng

Step 2 : Click on Post - utme or HND

Step 3 : click on Start Application & Register your details to create an account

Step 4 : Click on Start New Application and fill the Form appropriate

Step 5 : proceed to Payment, confirm your details and click on interswitch(ATM Card users) or Ewallet

Step 6 : complete the application form and upload your recent passport (110 by 140 in dimension)

Step 7 : Submit Application

Step 8 : Prepared for CBT Examination, (the date will be communicated through the phone number you register with)
