I have notice this cause the last time i bought #200 airtime i enjoyed the call that i made..
But each time i borrow airtime it won't waste no time..

Possible reasons:
-The networks charge a 10% charge on any airtime you borrow; if you borrow #100, you're given #90, if you borrow #200, you're given 180.
-You're calling a different network with a higher tarriff charge.

that's not the issue, I believe what the op is trying to say is that, MTN deduct more when he borrow airtime.than when he buys airtime..

Normal borrowed credit is faster consumed than purchased credit.

To see the balance of your loaned airtime, dial *606# then reply with 3. Your balance will be sent to you thru sms

MTN charges 40 kobo per seconds on bonus
20 kobo per seconds on borrowed airtime
11 kobo per seconds or 15 kobo per seconds depending on your tariff wen you buy a recharge card.

20kobo x 60 seconds = N12 per minute
remember 10% would be deducted on any amount u borrow
lets assume u borrowed N100
deduct %10
you have N90 left
90 divided by 12 = 7.5
dats 7 minute and 30 seconds

but if u load a recharge card
11 kobo x 60 seconds = 6.60
100 divided by 6.60 =15.15
Whch means with N100 you will talk for 15 minutes and 15 seconds

But on my MTN zone plan, they charge at zone rates. I have even borrowed N100 and made calls @ 4k/sec before the tariff was modified.

MAKE UNA LEAVE THIS YEYE NETWORK AND PORT OR BUY A NEW LINE .

Coz its MTN

They charged me at normal rates even on borrowed airtime.
