I am not here to condemn nor commend, I wish to type mainly on the high level of scam going on in Eduland.

Yeah! We all know that it's Putme periods, where many aspirants are scammed, but the high level of scam going on in this section is very alarming.
.
You'd barely see a reasonable post or update about any school, these days, its purely scam. 80% of the posts in Eduland is full of jobless folks who are trying to feed their families by extorting monies from helpless Jambites by giving them fake news about the releasal of their school's Putme.

Not everyone is smart enough to detect a fake post, and so it is the sole responsiblity of Mods to ban any account that updates scammed Putme news.

Lol! They've even gone to the extent of writing funny name of Schools.
E.g Michael Okapra University, Awka Putme Forms is out, call ........
Nnamdi Azikiwe University of Agriculture, Umudike Putme forms are on sale, call ........ Etc. And the list keeps going.
They have name all the schools in Nigeria, be it Uni, Poly or Coe stating that the Putme's are out.
The most funniest of them all I've seen is, "Idemili University Uli Putme........" hahhahahaha.

THESE IS HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE A GENUINE PUTME NEWS FROM A FABRICATED ONE.

GENUINE NEWS UPDATE WOULD BE LIKE THIS;
r. "The management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University wishes to announce to the general public that the Putme forms are now on sale. Inviting applications from suitable candidates who choosed the school as their first choice and got a minimum of 180....."
2. Always check the school's website.
How to process the form, amount, elegibility would also follow the news, so debunk anyother that omits this infos.

1. Unizik Putme form is out, call Mr. Williams on.... And so it goes on.

That is good observation from you.I have been wondering how education section lost its glory days because of this disgruntled elements parading themselves as admission officers with the moderators and seun doing nothing about it.


These days I barely visit education section due to the activities of these. scallywags,you will hardly see a thread that is not infiltrated by these scums claiming to be registrar and sellers of admission.It is even worse to the extent that they will display their digits for their victims claiming that different schools have started selling post UTME form where there is none and the moderator will keep mute.

In as much as we are intelligent enough to detect one when we see one,there are many gullible children out there who barely do.And due to the fact they must have gotten help in one way or the order in this forum will easily fall for these groundnut yahoo boys out of desparation for admission.

Please mod,your attention is highly needed to sanitize this section and restore its dignity if any is left.

Gone are those days when Nairaland education section used to be an indispensable section for all aspirants and undergraduates of all tertiary institutions in Nigeria but nowadays it is not the same, The section is now surrounded with fraudulent thread which have dominated the important threads. I am using this medium to call on Seun Osewa to help us restore the lost glory of this section. I will also implore the moderators to perform their work diligently by coming online frequently to delete all this post.
