I observed that it has a mistubushi engine, its TOKS, I want info on the following. 1.are the parts readily available both engine,legs,headlights etc. 2. Is it the mistubushi 2.0 engine that normally comes with it? 3. generally is it a good but as it will be doing an average of 20 miles daily

I 'll not advise you to go for it. First is that you 'll certainly not see the body parts here. Even the parts of the Mitsubishi engine mounted on it might not be compatible with the ones here locally. Also it will certainly have a very low second hand value.
