Pictured above is Jerry Guodabia, who was. reportedly beaten to pulp by some police officers for having too many tattoos all over his body. According to the police officer, Mr Guobadia was trying to resist arrest which was the reason for the assault. However, looking at the way the accused was beaten, one could ask. why the officer never resolved to other means of arrest.

Jerry said the beating began when the police officers discovered his tattoos and he tried to be repulsive since he never understood the reason for his arrest.
