Hello everyone. Please I need information on the cost of building a 10 room hostel in a polytechnic environment. You see I want to place my eggs in different baskets and I feel this venture will be a profitable one. I have been told not to ask of the total cost but to start it gradually...that way I won't feel a thing but being practical in nature I would rather be aware of the practical challenges I will face. So...can anyone who has experience in this business help out?
