Request for Proposals for Real Estate Development
A reputable Real Estate Investor is seeking proposals from local qualified consultants/developers/real estate firms to assist in developing/facilitating the development of a commercial property located within the vicinity of the Local Airport (MM2) Ikeja.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The successful firm shall provide the following:
• Develop/facilitate project concept development,
• Develop market analysis, business plan and financial model,
• Facilitate capital raising,
• Facilitate partner’s selection, and
• Provide other consultancy and customary services associated with project delivery.
FIRM’s QUALIFICATION
Respondents to this RFP shall demonstrate reasonable knowledge of the local real estate market, and experience with large commercial developments, major real estate transaction facilitating and capital raising. Collaboration with other firms/companies to fulfill the requirement and deliver the project is acceptable.
