So i was very certain i was dealing with a genuine company when i told a friend about a customer service job.

He sent his CV and cover letter to recruitment@arc-edge.com and got the following reply.

Attn: You have been recommended for Job briefing at YEG on Fri 24th July
2015 by 9am at No 62 Okota rd,opposite Kamola Plaza beside
Mobile,Okota,Lagos.

Direction: From Oshodi take Cele/Mile-2 stop at Cele bus-stop,from Cele
take Estate/Gate and stop at Iyana-Oja bus-stop by Mobile Oil,Cross to
the other side,the building directly opposite Kamola Plaza

Please be informed that you should come with two-passport photograph and
printout of this mail.

Note: Dress corporately and be sure to come early as lateness will not
be welcomed.

I did some research and found that YEG is listed among the OFFICIAL NAIRALAND FAKE RECRUITMENT COMPANY list.

What exactly is their aim? To see the faces behind the cv or what? Or just to make you waste transportation?
I still don't get why they do that coz someone like me won't drop a dime for a job I ain't sure I'd get.
