Police arraign man for allegedly snatching laptop, cell phone. Case adjourned to Wednesday. The Police on Tuesday arraigned one Godwin Maceteli in a Bayelsa High Court for conspiracy and armed robbery. The accused, Godwin Maceteli, was arraigned on a two-count charge before the court.
