NIGF 2015 (Nigeria Internet Governance Forum) held on the 20th and 21st of July, 2015.
The 20th (Monday) was dedicated to the youths. It was so rich and interesting. Young IT entrepreneurs were brought to enlighten, teach and ginger the youths to start utilising the internet for making cool cash rather than waiting for government and also become innovators rather than being just consumers. The NIGF holds an annual event that is enriching but it has been Abuja program only. It has been resolved now that state and regional NIGF will start rolling out. Some state governors has indicated that they will host and sponsor NIGF events in their state and for their regions. So be checking the NIGF website for events and opportunities you can benefit from. ..cont..there are so many programs, opportunities and programs for the youth to have better life, businesses, funding, eduction, mentoring, better life, networking with active business men in IT, entrepreneurship, top ranking business men and those in government but only few know about it and it's not being publicised as they should. Things are too centralised to Abuja.
