Couldn't stop laughing when i read this report, so it's not only in Naija that docs issue some crazy reports...99 year old Doris Alying, received a letter from Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust informing her about her pregnancy. However, Doris was certain that it was some funny error considering she is nearly 100 years old.

Alying was shocked to see the letter,asking her to bring a urine sample to an antenatal appointment, it even had her date of birth correct.
