CATERING OPERATIONS MANAGER

MAIN FUNCTIONS

As the Catering Operations Manager, you will

• Direct and mobilize workers with a view to providing qualitative and quantitative services of an Outdoor Catering Company.
• Drive operations through effective and efficient interactions with customers
• Be responsible for the profitability of the business
• Strategize to achieve smooth running of the business through the establishment and implementation of new and old policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATION AND RELATED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/HND or City & Guild in Food Technology or Catering and Hotel Management with operations background
• Must have adequate knowledge of Food (Nigeria and Continental dishes)
• To posses minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Must possess good interpersonal skills
• Must be good team player
• Good communication skills – verbal/written

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistical service to the ED, helping her to manage and prioritize her time.
• To provide strict, private and confidential service to the ED.
• To manage the workload of the ED, assist her in tasks on hand and act as contact point to her.
• To provide comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the ED across the range of her work.
• To maintain and organize the ED’s diary, filing system and all other relevant areas as necessary.

QUALIFICATION AND RELATED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess HND/B.Sc in Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication etc
• Must possess a minimum of 3years relevant experience;
• Must have sound written and oral communication skills;
• Analytical attribute is essential;
• Must be able to lead multiple initiatives through completion
• Must possess good interpersonal skill

FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGER

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Oversees the production process and draws up a production schedule.
• Ensures that the production is cost effective.
• Makes sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Works out the human and material resources needed.
• Drafts a timescale for the job.
• Estimates costs and sets quality standards.
• Monitors the production processes and adjusts schedules as needed
• Liaises among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.
• Works with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervises and motivates a team of workers.

CAFETERIA SUPERVISORS

FUNCTIONS/QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for effective supervision of service personnel at Cafeteria.
• Responsible for safe keeping and maintenance of all company’s asset at Cafeteria
• BSC/HND, with a minimum 1 year experience in Quick Service or Food Production/Processing industry.

CAFETERIA MANAGER

FUNCTIONS/QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for day-to-day management of the Restaurant for the creation, identification and prioritization of business opportunities, aligning those opportunities in order to achieve superior customer service, high operating standards and the achievement of financial and customer service targets.
• BSC/HND, with a minimum 3 years experience in Quick Service or Food Production/Processing industry.

CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL
