ohh tnx bro bt I'm not talking about labour ban, I'm referring to the probation period when you start a new job. The time when the employer evaluates how well you perform before you'er fully confirmed as a staff.

Congrats. I know there is a rule of no sharing of contacts and advertising of agents on this thread. Then again, the question is, how can one get information on trusted agent, especially from UAE that a member(s) of the thread have done business with successfully. Yes, there is emirates, there is dubaivisa.net, but their requirement are sometimes scaring. Guys just want to come to dubai and hustle and gain some international experience, after gathering some cash, these people (dubaivisa.net) will be requesting for such a lengthy paper works; 6months salary slip stamp, sign and sealed, 6months bank statement,or a deposit $1500, etc. If you are privilege to have all these documents, fine. But if you don't have them and you have the cash that will comfortably take you to dubai, what do you do then? That is why i think that, as it is good to do it yourself(DIY), it also good to get help from some trusted agent(s) that guys have successfully done business with. It is on this ground that I wish to ask @heywhytech1, Once again congrats.

Yes some Employers may say for example you will be paid 4,000 Dirhams during probation and then after probation you will be paid 5,000. It's either you are fine with the condition or you opt out.

This service is only available to passengers with a confirmed Emirates booking where an Emirates e-ticket has already been issued and the flight itinerary already includes the desired time in Dubai. A minimum of four international working days prior to arrival in Dubai is required, however Emirates does recommend that online applications are made as early as possible. Visas issued through this service are available for a period of stay in Dubai of 96 hours or 30 days. Once approved, any visa cannot be extended beyond the original period of stay.

DOES IT mean that i can only get 1 month visa through emirate and no 3 months visa

repost d data on ur visa i.e permit number, date of birth and first name, sponsor and tel. so we can confirm that visa. U didn't post it complete that day. Cos am suspecting it isn't a direct employment visa

employmemt visa holders are eligible to get a one way ticket

while tourist/visit gets a return ticket

NO ONE can help you secure a job, better get ready to walk with your legs to offices dropping your CV, attend walk in Interviews, keep applying online and lastly be hopeful. Goodluck
