Isn't there a technology to be used in detecting explosives on suicide bombers at far distance before getting close to his/her targets?

Yes there is .....inflamable powder detector used in the airports I guess or very high frequency/resolution x-ray machines

I'm trying to imagine something like Glases which the security could actually use to reveal such from a bit far distance and he's shut before getting close to the target.

For x-ray machine and powder detector, someone takes the risk of aprehending a bomber after such discovery.
