Am not a realtor or w/e it is.
I'm a student who sometimes travels back and forth from Gainesville to Ocala to Hollywood FL.

I've taken notice of the environments and landscape from North Florida to South Florida.
If you're thinking of relocating and starting a family, I'd suggest you look for houses/homes in Ocala.

The landscape is really really beautiful. . . .the houses are extremely big and cheap compared to other areas with expensive homes.
The yards are extremely/ridiculously large. . . .I know how Nigerians like farm . . . .Ocala,Fl would be the loveliest location.
The population is so small that that the lands for each home owners are just too big, great for backyards for your kids.

The environment is clean, quiet, so many tall trees, peaceful etc.

And the good thing, hurricanes rarely come to this area.

Anywaz, am just thinking, to start a new family, Ocala would be the perfect setting (Luxurious inexpensive homes, quiet surrounding, clean environment, barely any ghetto pp ( ) etc. Just perfect for Nigerians.

Scared of Foreclosure. . . .barely any up north so far

This is a pix of one of the houses *cough*. . . .dnt mind the grasses, they're dry because of the hot weather (but usually cold up here).

From Gainsville to Ocala, it's mostly college students. So on vacation it's so vacant

And around here we have many great parks such as Universal Studios, Disneyland, Busch Gardens (Tampa) and a great camping site (BEEN TO ONE OF THOSE IN THE PAST). Great for th ekids, I tell ya.

Ebony, for you and david, a good place to settle is Jacksonville, fla  don't ever let him move you to roch, that place na freezer 

the homes in that area are ok. tampa seems nice for both of you too  one thing though most don't have basement and the building style seems old fashion. hardly stairs. i love climbing and would love to have my bedrooms upstairs.
also there are good nig society there for you both to party w/ .

for me, am thinking/dreaming california sometime soon.

actually, it was my camera. the roads are nice. . . . and the hot weather kinda made the grass dried up.
Ask anyone from FL, OCALA AND GAINESVILLE are the best looking place up there. Fresh green and clean.\
