Our aim is to continue to reduce the rate of unemployment by building human capacity in the labour market and we do that through our various products and services:

Smart Recruit: Smart Recruit is the product through which employers access the highly qualified, fully-tested and verified candidates who have gone through the Elite Employee Quest and they get a full picture of their aggregated professional and personal interests. It basically helps companies get the best candidates to fill their vacancies in as little as 3 - 7 working days.

Learning Center: Our online self-paced preparatory and knowledge and skill acquisition courses prepare candidates for industry certifications and they are equipped with industry skills. The PushCV Learning Center boasts of an array of basic and advanced level skill trainings with certificates.

PushFeeds: The PushFeed is a service of PushCV that helps candidates get the latest information, updates and the latest content that will keep them ahead in their careers. It also equips the currently unemployed acquire skills that will aid them soar in their careers when they eventually get employed. It is updated frequently.

PushCV Ask: This is a forum where PushCV members can ask and answer pertinent career-related questions among themselves. We launched this service because we understand how important it is to foster collaboration among all our users to work toward a common goal – a better career life or gainful employment.

Rewrite/Create CV: Hunting for a new job is extremely stressful, and that stress really affects job applicants. Unfortunately, a bad CV can end the job search before it even starts. So we help candidates rewrite their CV to acceptable industry standards; and for fresh graduates, we help them create acceptable, professional CVs. This service is paid for.


Who needs PushCV?
The job force is made up of employers and job seekers; so our clients can be grouped into two: the employers and the users (employed and unemployed). We provide CVs of pre-screened and specially tested candidates to recruiters and equip these candidates with what they need to excel on the jobs.

Does PushCV guarantee automatic employment to top organizations?
PushCV does NOT guarantee automatic employment. However, we help increase individuals’ chances of being shortlisted or selected for interviews. The purpose of the Elite Quest and indeed all our products and services is to isolate the top candidates who have otherwise not gotten the right exposure and present them to employers. Candidates who pass through our system find themselves improved and better prepared than the ones who have not.

What is the Elite Quest?
The Elite Employee Quest is an initiative of PushCV with the vision of searching out the best talents from the labour market and giving them access to a platform where they can be connected to selected companies.

The Elite Quest was borne out of discussions with these organizations asking questions like "What are your problematic areas in recruiting?", “What is your pre-screening process like?".

We took these answers and incorporated them into the formation of the Elite Quest by doing the pre-screening and assessment processes that the organizations would have done, thus quickening the hiring process. Some of the organizations have hired from the initial Elite employees, and others recently, like Union Bank shortlisted candidates solely from the Elite Quest and will hire based on their time table.

Unfortunately, we are not in control of when a client actually hires after shortlisting via PushCV as this is based on the dynamics of their business. We are however working on making the application/recruitment process even shorter and more seamless.

What is a professional CV?
A professional CV is one that is presented skillfully, clearly, and in a way that indicates you are an ideal candidate for the job, i.e., you possess the right skills, experience, behaviour, attitude and morality that the employer is seeking. The way you present your CV effectively demonstrates your ability to communicate and particularly explain a professional business proposition.

What does a professional CV do for me?
Faced with hundreds of CVs to select from, a recruiter/employer will spend absolutely not more than 30 seconds initially looking at each CV. The advantage of a professional CV service is that it inculcates only the necessary contents in the right angle. The overall aim of a professional CV service is to ensure that your CV will stand out from your competition - to give you the greatest possible chance of getting the job you want.

Is it compulsory to engage PushCV to rewrite my CV for a fee?
No, it is not compulsory to engage PushCV to rewrite your CV. Our CV Rewrite service is OPTIONAL and a CV from PushCV does not guarantee your placement neither does a self-uploaded CV lead to disqualification.

How effective has PushCV been?
From the first set of candidates that passed through the Elite Quest, we have successfully connected several candidates to employers and the process is still ongoing. We have also had employers and recruiters sign up to use Smart Recruit to access the candidates. After passing the stage four mountain , I have successfully completed some courses and gotten certificates for them. However, I would like to know if these certificates can be used as credentials while seeking for employment. Thank you PUSHCV.
