Yezz Billy 4 is a mid-range smartphone running Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8.1 OS with fully customizable Live Tiles. Design of the Yezz Billy 4 look almost the same with the Lumia 435 and it is said to be named for Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
