Different strokes for different folks they say; most people do
exercises, cut down on some food as part of diet to make them shed
excess weight. While they are at it, there are also some group of
persons who wish to gain more weight than they already have,
particularly people who naturally have a small frame and seek to look
bigger.

Well, if you belong to the later then you are in luck today as this
article presents you with healthy foods you can eat to gain the weight
you desire:

Eat tropical fruits such as pineapple, plenty of banana, mango and avocado. You can make
them into a smoothie or use the avocado as a spread over some dish.
They contain natural sugars that give you energy, oils and other
nutrients.

Potatoes are good weight-gain foods. They are high in protein, fibre
and rich in vitamin C.

You should consume lots of healthy calories, protein and fats in order to gain
weight quickly. Foods such as beans with peanut butter or vegetable
oil are ideal.

Milkshake can be taken daily with less artificial sugars as part of
breakfast. Try using whole milk as the base for your milkshake because
of the fat it contains. Other kinds of milk such soymilk can also be
used not just for milkshake but for tea, flakes, oats etc.

Nuts such as almond or a mixture of other kinds of nut provide the
body with unsaturated fats and calories.

Animal protein such as meat, fish and eggs are good sources of protein
and nutrients that keeps the body healthy and helps it gain weight.
Eat lots of cheese and foods rich in vegetable oil too.

If you wish to gain weight fast, you should go beyond the normal
three meals per day and try eating five to six small portions of
healthy foods daily.
