good day everyone. I have 3 hectares plantain farm in one area bt different location in ikorodu, AGBOWA 1hectare & ITOIKI 2 hectares for sale. Its already established just for u to maintain the farms. I have done one harvest from one of the farms n d other is still a virgin farm. I rented the land from d community in Agbowa where I pay 10,000 every year n d one in Itoiki I pay 5000 every year. The reason why am putting it up for sale is that I just got an allocation of 100 hectares of land in enugu state where I want to my cocoa plantation, cos I will b relocating to enugu n won't be able to manage all farms.
