I mean, if Missprudence can call you her son and you refer to her as mother which I also used intermittently to qualify you both, then what other kind of joke, prank, banter or whatever we might called it that won't be tolerated?

The same instinct that wasn't suppressed and swallowed instantly made prindu to bring to my notice what I never even knew existed between the trio of himself, bobolil and CROBBOY. I think the only unnecessary misunderstanding I witnessed after my return from our honeymoon was between bobolil and Kollenzy which was amicably resolved even b4 we could intervene.

So I see no reason why adults, I mean mature adults-(because probably the least Age range that could be found here is 21 and above-)-would now turn themselves to secondary school adolescents reaching his or her prime?

You all should remember that we could meet in real life outside here if we have never met before and ANYTHING POSITIVE you say or expressed here would generally be registered or regarded as jokes and you would be tagged as being humorous, jovial and fun to be with WHEREAS, EVERYTHING NEGATIVE you spill out would be used in judging you even if you are not like that in real life.

And yes, It's a SIMPLE ANALOGICAL WEB that a simple control over one's emotions even when one can't see face to face Means that the individual would do worst if looking at each other eye ball to eye ball THAT HAS CAUGHT UP WITH THE INDIVIDUAL

one sure way is to be more of a producer than a consumer. 2ndly, lets do more of 'made in 9ja' than the foreign made..we import virtually everything n produce virtually nothing. Just imagine we having one of the best hid n skin (leather) here in Kano but yet we prefer any leather that has the inscription 'Italian leather'; how many person wan talk.. Our senseless leaders who makes noise like common hallelujah boys travel outside this country, dey see how things work beautifully, yet they can't replicate the positive things they see here in this country, rather, they take our cash out from circulation n invest it in these foreign countries...My brother, Nigerian Leaders are under a spell..*Spiritual*...But for we youths I ll say, Nigeria has the resources to meet the NEED of Her citizens, but has not enough resources to meet Her citizens GREED; so let's live simply so that others can simply live..Lets invest in our personality so that we can concentrate on BEING and not on HAVING....GOD BLESS NIGERIA. *sad face*

Well, for me I think it's a global phenomenon and most of the Non-oil producing Nations of the world had experienced this at one time or the other by taking the cases of Italy, Argentina, Brazil and a few East European Countries in the recent past.

Even the so called super power-United States remained the world's number 1 most indebted country but still striving because they are behind the economic policies of the world.

Their loss was actually China's gain which eventually helped them in bridging the gap between them as a developed and a developing countries.

Now back to our own case scenario, just yesterday, an oil producing country-Venezuela declared an increasing death toll over lack of food and shortage of food supply in the country.

The same thing in Iran, Saudi Arabia and some other oil producing countries but because these guys are advanced in economics diversification, their experiences weren't overwhelming like ours.

Hence, the above necessitated our own Nigerian kachikwu-State Minister for petroleum resources to cajole OPEC members into reducing the crude supply into the market in other to force an artificial scarcity and thus help shoot the oil prices up for the benefit of the OPEC underdeveloped Nations in the area of helping in the revenue generation.

I actually saw the very impressive comment of LogoDWhiz and the Naira devaluation proposal, yes it is a welcome development but what exactly have we produced that were not actually being imported that are in our warehouses?

Devaluing it now would worsen the situation since we would still continuing embracing imported goods since we've never really been producing b4.

Take the case of Gionee S+ phone that a friend of mine bought for just #37,000 in November when it was released and as a gionee lover too desiring an upgrade from the 1gig RAM type I have now, only for me to b told it's now sold for #46,000! can you imagine that? And normally, gadget prices usually shrinks b4 as time goes by but the reverse is now the case.

Again, in katsina, Tomatoes are the most available farm produce in their market, but because of excess production, supply now outwit supply thus leading to a serious fall in price per basket and then low income generation for the farmers.

But the most disturbing issue there is that the excess produce are rottening away because of the lack of industries that would buy them and turn them into TIN OR CANNED TOMATOES over there and JUSTIFIABLY, LAGOS WHICH IS THE USUAL END POINT IN THE PAST IS NOT AN OPTION NOW BECAUSE OF THE TRANSPORTATION COSTS TO BE INCURRED WITH THE ATTENDANT FALL IN PRICE OVER THERE TOO.

Hence devaluing the Naira would make foreign investors come to clear such cases up but that would be from next year and beyond because there is no way any respite for the Tomato experience would have been gained

Instead, more of such painful Gionee S+ experiences would continue unabated while the requisite sources of income remains stagnant and even being threatened by a cut in salaries and loss of Jobs across Nigeria as presently being experienced.

We need to attract investors.

We need to make the exchange rate friendly.

If not, no tangible investment can be made.

We have so many resources untapped.

Ooni of Ife recently said that there is Gold in Osun State. Let's tap that
We have Coal in Enugu, and there's Ajaokuta Steel Company, let's restructure it and tap it.

I saw a post earlier on FP today about a shoe factory in Kano being abandoned, Let's tap it.

Federal Government should look at each state, look at the natural resources in the state, build an establishment there so as to harness these resources.

It's possible
