Both background colour should be taken along to camp as the two background colour will be required at different stages of the registration.

Like 20 copies each of both white and red background colour will be okay.

Yes! Very possible. All he has to do is to shun camp resumption and wait till stream II are entering camp.
Such individual will have to go back and reprint a new CUL has there will be changes in the Date of deployment.

But if that doesn't work.. just don't reason to camk when stream 1 are resuming...
