Am not too sure of the way it's going to be done oooo. But one thing am sure of is that our various school will have our CUL in different format(soft copy and hardcopy sent to them by NYSC).
Now for those that paid the 3k shouldn't have the appepite to go to school for CUL (NySC thinking that way),therefore "only those who didn't pay will have their CUL delivered(hardcopy) to their school"
Note: Am not sure of the bolded ooo.

i think the answer is ''yes''....every of d culs will be sent to our various schools.
being abu to print nd reprint is just an added advantage for we that paid the 3000naira....so, if ur sku is closer, definitely you can go and get yours.
but those that didn't pay have no option but to go to their respective schools and get it...and if they misplaced it, that will be their own cup of tea....

It used to be for everyone oo but I can't really say for now. I mean everything about NYSC has been wearing a CHANGE DRESS ever since their activities embraced the online mantra beginning from BATCH C14 that became the last people standing in the older format of operation

I mean, even upto B15, all of them had it delivered to school irrespective of the payment
