Let me reiterate it that,nobody should come here and tell us what is not,we re all PCMs in the house and we re all trying our best to help ourselves. If you come here and you can't find what you re looking for,instead of yarning dust,kindly waka pass and search for the info somewhere else before you become a sacrificial lamb aftreall,nobody is paying anybody and you can't dictate how the thread moves for us!

"If you are a 2016 Batch A prospective
corps member, you can start checking
your name online @ portal.nysc.org.ng/
nysc1/VerifySenateLists as institutions
have started uploading the names. The
uploads will continue till 30th of this
month; therefore if you don't see your
name now, probably your sch is yet to
upload. Contact your sch for any issues
concerning upload pls."

I sat for my first jamb 2009. I got admission through jamb and my school, but i never liked the course i was given. So i had to take another jamb i.e 2010 before i got my course in the same school. Recall 2009 and 2010 jamb, there was nothing like fingerprint capture, we had only photograph and normal bio data.

someone shld pls ans dis question ooooo. those that got admission through jamb 2010 wen der was no fingerprint, any effect?

please help if I changed my name after admission will it affect my name not on nysc portal. My changed name is on schl senate list. For example : my surname used to be x and I registered jamb with x but after I gained admission I changed my surname to A-x, meanwhile x is on my admission letter and when the school pasted the Senate list my new surname A-x is on it. But I am yet to find my name on nysc portal. Please could the change of name after admission caused it and if yes please what's the next cause of actions and can I still meet up with this batch thank you. I am oau graduate. Thanks

I presume you're a lady, pls go to dsa ASAP with ur jamb admission letter, a copy of document showing the change of name from x to A-x, they know what to do to effect the correction hopefully nothing will stop from marching by march

IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE NUMBER YOU USED FOR JAMB UTME, I GUESS, THEN NO PROBLEM BUT IF YOUR ADMISSION INTO THE UNIVERSITY IS THROUGH REMEDIAL OR DE AND YOU GOT YOUR JAMB NUMBER WITHOUT SITTING FOR ANY JAMB EXAM, THEN YOU NEED TO DO REGULARIZATION WHOSE MAJOR AIM IS CAPTURING OF PHOTOGRAPH AND FINGERPRINT. SO EVEN IF YOU HAVE FILLED FORMS FOR REGULARIZATION, YOU MUST STILL GO TO A JAMB AUTHORISED CAFE TO DO THE REGULARIZATION TO AVOID STORIES THAT TOUCHES THE HEART

you do need jamb biometric for your online registration as you will carry out your online biometric on nysc online platform. By inputting your jamb reg recognised by the schools all other relevant information tie to ur jamb database will pop up, like state of Origin, LGA, DOB etc
just chill and wait till Feb 8th no problem !!!!
