This thread is created as a call to action against the notorious "owerri scammer"alias "David Chukwuma" with phone number 08154806413 and email address davidchukwuma49@yahoo.com
The above named scammer goes around getting peoples phone number and details from nairaland and invites them over to owerri where he kidnaps and robs them of their personal belonging, he even goes has far has keeping the victim hostage for days until the accounts of the victims are emptied using their ATM cards.
Professionals and artisans on Nairaland who go about trying to make a living and using nairaland as a platform to enhance their pursuit of daily bread are been preyed upon by this criminal. There are various accounts of this and I almost fell victim if not for a thread which I stumbled upon detailing the modus operandi of this criminal. I have a friend who is a cyber security experts and also a consultant with the EFCC and UK police , I would forward the few information we have to him. I also call upon us all to tweet to @policeNG reporting this criminal. Drop any use full info you have about him

Topic and content are very different

This is not a time for beurocrasy...I was almost getting on a bus to owerri before I saw a threand detailing the scanners modus operandi and I want to do by part to make sure no other person falls victim to this person again
