That book was propaganda that a lot of the racist slave owners and sympathizers used to insight violence and hate against the African slaves and free people. There was another research done by another racist person in America who said Marijuana should be made illegal because it makes the black man violent and it especially makes them want to rape white women (if you ever wondered why marijuana is illegal)

any way there are many reasons why different men of different color want a white woman. The person who picks a white woman is free to do that regardless of why. This shouldn't be a question because we are all humans
