Former Senate President David Mark may lose his senate position to Daniel Onjeh his strong contestant as the Tribunal sitting today in Makurdi, Benue State held that the copies produced by INEC does not reflect the actual incidence at the March 28 poll for the Benue South senatorial district.

The Justice Dipeolu Mosumola-led tribunal therefore ordered the commission to produced the certified true copies of result forms used in the election during its next sitting.

Daniel Onjeh of the All Progressives Congress (PDP) is challenging the victory of Mark at the election.

Onjeh during cross examination said Mark, did not win the elections with 49,423 votes because the result of the election was concocted and falsified.

David Mark is as ueless as a used tissue paper to his state and constituency. So he shld be shown the exit door.

I disagree I think a tissue paper is more useful to benues than david mark.
