An All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship aspirant for Eredo Local Government Development Area (LCDA), Comrade Ogunkelu oluwaseun Oluwadahunsi has called for an end to what he called orchestrated attack on the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in recent times.

The aspirant who is popularly known as ‘Sketel’ described their actions as that of insubordination and an attempt to destroy the ladder that took them to the top. He further stressed that the game plan of such individuals will not stand the test of time, as they only seek cheap popularity by trying to malign the personality of Tinubu and telling unwholesome lies against him.

“These conspirators are filled with venom and they consist of too many pusillanimous and irresponsible politicians who are nothing more than financial offenders who have brought us to the state we find ourselves now”, he said.

Comrade Oluwadahunsi also noted that the vicious attack on Tinubu”s person is a direct result of the front line role he played in ending the 16-year mis-governance of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The aspirant however recalled that the history of Nigeria was replete with such act of betrayal and its attendant repercussions. He likened Tinubu to Chief Awolowo of blessed memory who was betrayed and conspired against.

Comrade Sketel however affirms that “but there is no cause of alarm. Every great man in history has gone through the same motive of being pilloried, being misunderstood or being simply hated for their greatness. It is not about to change with Tinubu, but like it or not, his place in Nigeria’s history is guaranteed. He has earned that, and no level of attacks can take it from him.”
