LONDON: The British government on Thursday confirmed that workers and students from India and other countries outside Europe will have to pay a 50
pound tax for public services.

foreigners are becoming scape goats all over the world.

This british people are too wicked for my liking.

I see nothing wrong with this proposal. Infact, I am heavily in favour of it. A lot of migrants travel here just to use taxpayer-funded NHS and other services. They should be made to pay for it just like regular taxpayers. The £50 levy is just an insurance. Perhaps the migrants would rather travel to countries without universal healthcare, where they would have to pay £000's if they fall ill.

The question is what took them this long to come up with the idea?
