GEJ had his weak points, but lopsidedness in appointments was never one of them. The North was adequately accommodated and had their fair share of appointments while he held sway. That said the watchword should be competence and the ability to deliver. If they can deliver irrespective the region they come from, then we shouldn't be alarmed.
