Hello Guys, I just messed up and terminated the account of ebizconsults.com in the webhost manager in my reseller hosting account. I have tried my best but can't see how to add the account again 'cos it keeps saying: "Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, a DNS entry for ebizconsults.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) ) Sorry, a DNS entry for ebizconsults.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)" Urgent assistance by the 'guru' webmasters will be highly appreciated |

this is easy since you said is a reseller account all u need to is log into ur reseller account on the account function category there should be a link that say terminate account click on the link and follow the instruction to terminate the account after termination you can now create it again hope this works if u need help mail pheyidwebmaster@yahoo.com |
