Netflix has announced that staff members can enjoy unlimited maternity and paternity leave during the first year after their child’s birth or adoption.

In a blog post, Chief Talent Office Tawni Cranz outlined the company's incredibly generous program which compares very favorably with its industry rivals. Netflix has committed itself to supporting new parents on its staff by offering part-time or full-time work when they need or want to return allowing each employee to "figure out what’s best for them and their family."
