Okay I agree that honey does not cause pile, neither does table sugar. Pile is a mechanical damage caused by load concentration at the body s' COG (the anus) which contains varicose vains (under stress and strain condition). Pile can be trigerred by constipation which in turn is mostly caused by high sugar diets.
