Maybe you can explain it to Mrs Phyno without making her want to cry like I have hahaI do get what you are trying to say, I believe a woman can attain whatever feat she wishes to pursue in her career or without seeming disadvantage to the men in this world. Like I do get cutting time from my work load to take care of the home front while she is landing a major deal in her career for a fair amount of time. I see it as compromise. But a wise woman would know best that it is not an avenue to abuse those compromise to become a norm, disrespect and ego stroking. I think everything should be fair,resonable, and dutifully done to ensure a smooth course in the marriage without the need for " behind the scenes" workings or manipulation. we live in a bias world,somewhere where nothing is fairly judged or evenly taken. it's just like in most of our Nigerian homes where it's a taboo to get the same size of food as your elder or even chunk of meat,there must be something to breach the gap.That's same way males and females are treated pertaining to the issue. personally, I don't see virginity as an issue to be discussed at all.I must confess I've been a little taken aback since I joined this forum,nearly every thread in the romance section boils down to this issue.it's surprising that many take it this way. I don't care if my man is a virgin or not or how many girls he has gone down with so long he doesn't have STDs  and isn't a sex worker,doesn't just run about any girl in the street, he never cheated in a relationship and has the perfect character to match,I'm ok we should take people's character and commitment seriously than these virginity issues. 4 Likes 2 Shares |
