Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, met with the immediate past president, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, at the weekend in the Presidential Villa.
A source said that the meeting between both leaders held in the night and lasted for about one hour.
It was gathered  that  Buhari  invited Jonathan  to give him insight into  the  ways to stabilise  the  new administration,  especially  in the areas of fight against  Boko Haram  and the  purchase of military  hardware  from alternative  sources.
Villa  sources stated that  Former  President  Goodluck Jonathan  also  presented  detailed information  on  the  additional  weapons already  paid for by his administration,  which will arrive the country  shortly.
It was gathered that after the meeting, both men parted chatting and laughing.
May 29, 2015, was the last time former president, Goodluck Jonathan was seen at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

President Muhamadu Buhari on Thursday met behind closed doors with former President Goodluck Jonathan at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The meeting was held inside the President’s official residence.

It was about 24 hours before President Buhari also met with former President Olusegun Obasanjo at the same venue on Friday.

The details of discussion at the meeting with Jonathan on Thursday were unknown as at press time.

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, confirmed the meeting.

Jonathan was in Aso Rock, to negotiate the terms of how and his thieving crew will return Nigerian's back back to her. He was negotiating on behalf of those that are jail bound no matter what.

I don't think anyone rationally thinks Buhari is going after Jonathan, he is an ex president, that confers alone some level of untouchability, no ex Nigerian president is and has ever been touched plus for all the talk of corruption. No one till date has made any direct allegations of personal corruption at GEJ.
Buhari may have just invited him for some clarifications of info, He also held meetings with OBJ, Danjuma and Tambuwal last week, That said certain ministers like Diezani may face cases though.
BTW I doubt anyone takes news from Sahara serious, no journalistic ethos whatsoever.
