Only in Nigeria that witnesses dont show up in court and noone does anything about it, instead they try to persuade them......I thought once a court summons someone, he has no choice but to appear or face the wrath of the law himself?

Witnesses can not be compelled to show up in court.

It is the duty of the prosecution and defence to bring their witnesses to court..

witnesses can very well be compelled....if a witness is reluctant to show up, the court can issue a witness summons and if he still doesnt show up, he faces a prison sentence.

Mark has Irish passport, he purchased it by investing over 1 million euros in the Irish passport for investment scheme of the early 1990s.
He is the owner of a golf course in Ireland as a result.
David Mark was humiliated and accused of corruption by a paki lady at a London airport once.
David Mark is and will be nothing more than an IBB boy and political mole.
He was once "alleged" by a State house security official as one of the people who did something with IBB during the homo scandal of Orkah coup.
His family still lives in Ireland spending a lot of his stolen money.
