Its no longer news that there has been a recent upsurge in paedophile cases in Nigeria...In view of this parents has to take all necessary precautions to safe-guard there wards from these sexual predators...The general public should also be on the alert...here are some tips that i thought might help...
Never trust your ward/s with a stranger;
Always keep an eye on your Ward/s in public places or place of residence, most especially public compounds.
Never allow them to run about naked or take there bath in the open, most especially if your living in public compounds.
Ask them about the source of the money, buiscuits or the likes in there possession which your not aware of, and follow up the matter to its logical conclusions..
Interview them often and know whats going on in their lives..
Know exactly who he/she is running errands for and curtail if necessary..
Monitor the kind of visuals,audio or internet programmes he/she maintains.
Be wary of any adults that picks undue intrests in her/he..
Lets keep this young ones from sexual corruption and abuse...
