Ebola: Remembering One Of The Unsung Heroines. by Xlad(m): 12:25pm On Aug 14, 2015
Someone just shared this on my facebook wall. It's quite sad the way Nigerian government treats her Heroes and Heroines.

Our MBAISE ICON of Today (14/8/2015)

Late Miss Justina Obi Ejelonu ( She Laid Down Her Life So That Nigerians can have a Healthier Nation)

She might not be Rich, Famous or Extremely but this brave daughter of Mbaise who hails from Umubo Ubonokam Ezinihitte Mbaise is worthy of Mention as an Icon of Mbaise for paying the Ultimate Price for the greater good of Nigerians.
Miss Justina Ejelonu a Nurse at First Consultant Hospital Lagos, was one of the First Person's that Came in Contact with Patrick Sawyerr after he Arrived Nigeria with the Ebola Virus last year, working in consonance with Dr Adadevoh She Ensured that Patrick Sawyerr was Confined in the Hospital even while he attempted to escape, reports has it that while She Struggled to Pin Patrick Sawyerr down to his bed, he urinated on her, She was Engaged to get married few weeks before the ugly incident, She eventually died on the 12th of August 2014 and her remains were cremated as required by Law.
Till Date Not even the Federal Government or the Imo State Government have deemed it fit to Honour Her for her Bravery and Patriotism Posthumously, But we her Kith & Kin will never Forget her as she remains a Great ICON!
