DigitalSENSE Africa (DSA) Media in collaboration with Observer Research Foundation (ORF) is inviting young scholars and policy analysts between the ages of 18 and 35 from higher institutions, civil societies, entrepreneurs and government officials in West Africa to attend the third India-Africa Summit on digital space as part of the India Conference on Cyber Security and Cyber Governance in New Delhi between October 15 and 16, 2015.



Successful candidates will be fully sponsored.
