If anyone thinks America will simply hand these huge sums of money back to Nigeria then that person is living in a dream world. $150 billion is big enough to shake the entire economy of United States of America especially the banking sector. If the US govt hands up these funds, it will send negative shock waves on their economy. For this reason I don't see them handing these loots back to Nigeria. To keep hold on these monies, they will set impossible standards and conditions for Buhari to implement. Conditions everyone know will never be satisfied. Unless Buhari is ready to prosecute his wife, Tinubu, Atiku, Nyako, OBJ etc, he should kiss those loots goodbye. BTW, for every African loots stashed in Western banks, Western officials and citizens are involed. |
