noetic: it doesnt, note JeSoul and Pastor AIO made EXACTLY the same comments earlier today. Dont waste your time, Huxley is only prepared to "discuss" when you are on the defensive i.e. anything but him having to defend his spurious claims. When you either ask him questions or answer his with facts and figures he generally disappears only to show up somewhere else posting more threads. Frankly i dont have 20 questions, i have ONLY ONE . . . he is yet to answer it till tomorrow. |

noetic: You asked 4 questions here which I was quite happy to answer, but I gave you the option of asking another 16, which you accepted. Now you are being advised to decline the deal which you had accepted. If that is what you want to do, fine. But how about I don't post my questions, but you post all your questions, including the above four question and see if I am not going to answer them. You have already got 4 question, why not just add another 16 and off we go. |

huxley: what exactly are ur intentions cos u dont seem to be answering any of the questions being asked. Or u seem to be showing a rather porous knowledge here. whats going on? |

I said "My word is/was my bond" and I stcik by that. But are you? When you said the following, were you under any duress? noetic: You agreed to take part in the 20/20 debate-athon and I have kept my side of the agreement. Have you? Think about it. |

huxley: Am I supposed to encourage your " I dont know" attitude. If u are going to keep telling me "I dont know", what then is the point of debating? |
Re: The Brainwashed Evangelical Christians & The Scandal Of Their Mind by huxley(m): 6:01pm On Mar 28, 2009 |
noetic: "I don't know" is a legitimate answer. Ok, let me try you with these: 1) How many stars are there in the universe? 2) How many grains of sand are there on the planet? 3) How many living species are there on earth? |

While you are at that, why don't you try these bible related questions. As a christian, I would expect you to know them. 1) How many hot dinners did Jesus have in his entire life of earth? 2) Who was the oldest of Jesus apostles? 3) On which day of the week did Paul convert to Christianity on the road to Damascus? 4) On the day that Jesus rose into heaven, exactly how many people believed he was the son of God? 5) On which day of the week, year and hour is Jesus going to come back? |

Rubbish. huxley, u can actually do better. U are an advocate of evolution and atheism, all the questions that I have asked u are related to these subjects u have been postulating. remember u initially dodged my question on the origin of life, claiming I m talking about abiogenesis, now u are saying "I dont know" If evolution does not help u understand the origin of life, what stops u from embracing creationism, that clearly explains this subject? If u cannot define what u disbelieve as an atheist, dont u think that is irrational? is theism not the key? These are foods for thought. |

noetic: @ posterInstead of trying to intellectually defend your position you attack his very valid points. I hope you know your pointless statements and attack on his moral integrity does n ot invalidate the legitimate questions he posed. Furthermore i have a question ? When Elisha cursed the children and they were eaten by beards is that justifiable? Is it moral? It is difficult to understand your gods validity when he seems to make decisions like a child throwing a tantrum. |
