The question is this; Is the Prison Warden trying to help the prisoner escape or is the Nigerian Prison service now using bikes to transfer prisoners?

in Kaduna we even have a rehabilitation groud that is exposed all they operate there is a curfew

Many years ago in Makurdi the Benue state capital growing up, we had prisoners going about with limited supervision doing their Hard Labour in different districts of the town. They were mostly VETERAN prisoners who have about 3 or 4 years of their 25yrs imprisonment left. Even if Buhari or Obama tell them to "escape no whala" they will simply say Lai Lai meaning.. Never Ever. The prisoners even flog stubborn kids who don't obey their mums back then and know almost everyone's name in the area. Na normal thing.
