activelyA: I studied public health, I paid close to 800k (something around 764k or so) after my calculations, I'm getting smth close to 1.1million... u dnt expected as a private schl a stagnant tuition fee I dnt know how increased fees for other courses are cos I have no idea of previous fees but for public health an increase of 300k over 5years shld b expected... I experienced an 100k increase thru my 300-400level maybe thr r other fees u guys pay for that I'm not seeing here. |

Hopefully their parents too can join government and steal money. Then use the stolen money to send them to an expensive Christian school to learn morals of not stealing. |

Not as if job is guaranteed after spending four years in school. Develop ur talent, and let ur talent be ur passion. Bill was a school drop out but he was able to carve a niche for himself in the ICT world because he was able to discover and follow his dream. So why waste ur time in the university studying what is not ur passion jus to obtain a certificate. You mustn't necessarily be college graduate for you to be successful in life. |

This is highly laughable considering that there are SA institutions that have 3times better facilities, infrastructure and education that do not even have tuition fees that cost up to $3,000 ( including accommodation and books) then you have this joke of a university hiking fees without anything to show for it? This is sad. 1 Like

SisterCaro: South Africa also has the largest economy in Africa, charges heavy taxes which they use to fund their universities well among other things....and you did not tell us how much tuition costs for international students. Babcock by contrast receives zero government funding. P.S- $3000 is N598,000...which is about what it costs in Wits university in SA. (Medicine costs higher). |
