I am being offered to buy a 4 bedroom all ensue and 2 sitting room bungalow built to lintel level on a plot of land Price of land in the area is about 2.5 million per plot.
I will like the house to help estimate best price to buy such property. Seller requesting for 7 million. Property is located in Ondo state.
