If you are using windows 10 right now, you will notice that the Hibernate button is not available by default.
This YouTube video will show you how to do that step by step with ease.

Step 1. Click on the start menu button and go to power, you will only find shutdown and restart by default. Now click on file explorer to open the folder.
step 2. Once the folder opens, click on Control panel
step 3. From control panel, click on Hardware and sound, from hardware and sound click on Power options.
step 4. click on choose what the power buttons do to proceed
step 5. click on change settings that are currently unavailable, scroll down to check the Hibernate space and save changes.
