section 140 states that , A person elected to the office of president shall not begin to perform the functions of that office until he has declared his assets and liabilities as prescribed in this constitution. Which president buhari hasnt done yet

Read to get educated! PMB has declared his assets to the requisite authorities, it is only the request for it to be made Public that you can talk about.
