Pls someone more enlighten should help me answer the following questions? First of all I studied Electrical Technology Education thinking of doing my masters in Computer science but my confusion is as follows. 1. Do all Universities in Nigeria offer certificate in postgraduate diploma? 2. If yes can you use the certificate to apply for masters in another University? I know that of post graduate diploma in Education do offer certificate but the rest I am ignorant of it. |
